
Like many “callings in life,” becoming a part of the event industry for Nell Rivera just...sort of happened, slowly being drawn further and further into it over the years. Prior to starting her own business, Nell worked at the Children’s Museum of Denver in Event Planning and Major Gift Fundraising, bringing together spectacular events, from intimate affairs of 25 to large festivals of 10,000. Her experience includes fostering corporate and individual relationships, volunteer and staff management, marketing, sales, and strategic planning.
Now a certified Wedding and Event Planner, she has the experience to bring to life any event, specializing in the extraordinary. She especially enjoys creating events that mark her clients’ important milestones, understanding that they are not just special days, but momentous occasions that bring together loved ones to celebrate the meaningful landmarks of their lives.
Nell received her B.F.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington, and continues to make art a prolific part of her life through photography, graphic design, and painting. She is a devoted philanthropist and dedicates her time to many organizations focused on education, the arts, and women and children’s issues, including the Junior League of Denver and Smart Girl, as Chair of their Board.
